We reserve the right to refuse shipments that violate import/export laws, safety standards, or customs regulations.
3. Vehicle Condition and Documentation
Before shipment, all vehicles and goods must be inspected, documented, and photographed.
Customers must provide:
Valid ID and proof of ownership
Bill of sale or title (for vehicles)
Accurate delivery address and contact information
Enterprise Fall Auto is not responsible for undeclared damages or items left inside the vehicle.
4. Payment Terms
All shipping fees must be paid in full prior to release or delivery of the shipment.
Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

5. Delivery Timeframes

6. Insurance & Liability

We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Personal items left inside the vehicle
Delays caused by external agencies or force majeure

8. Cancellations & Refunds
